Master the art of freediving

The AIDA 4 Master Freediver Course is the highest recreational certification within the AIDA education system. Designed for experienced freedivers, this course focuses on advanced techniques, deeper diving, and the knowledge required to dive safely and efficiently at greater depths.

You’ll refine your mouthfill and advanced frenzel equalization, improve your performance across multiple freediving disciplines, and gain a deeper understanding of training methods, physiology, nutrition, and safety. 

The course also introduces the responsibilities of assisting instructors during freediving courses.

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (16–17 with parental consent)
  • Hold an AIDA 3 certification or an equivalent certification from another agency
  • Have a valid First Aid / EFR certification (issued within the last 24 months)

Course requirements

To earn your certification, you’ll complete:

  • Static apnea: 3:30 minutes
  • Dynamic apnea: 70 meters
  • Constant Weight: 32–38 meters
  • Lead a complete warm-up and stretching session
  • Theory exam

Molchanovs Wave 3 Freediving Course

Duration: 6-8 days

Reach the highest recreational level

The Molchanovs Wave 3 Course is the highest recreational certification within the Molchanovs education system. Designed for experienced freedivers, this course focuses on advanced techniques, deeper diving, and developing the knowledge and skills needed to perform safely and efficiently at greater depths.

You’ll refine advanced equalization techniques, including Mouthfill, Advanced Frenzel, and Reverse Packing, learn to use FRC dives for depth simulation, improve your mental performance through attention deconcentration, and deepen your understanding of freediving physiology, safety, flexibility, and training principles.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to dive confidently to depths of 40 meters while demonstrating strong technique across all major freediving disciplines.

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (16–17 with parental consent)
  • Are in good physical health
  • Hold a Molchanovs Wave 2 certification or an equivalent certification (crossover assessment available)
  • Have a valid First Aid certification

Course requirements

To earn your certification, you’ll complete:

  • Static apnea: 3:30 minutes
  • Dynamic Bifins (DYNB): 75 meters
  • Dynamic No Fins (DNF): 50 meters
  • Constant Weight Bifins (CWTB): 34–40 meters
  • Free Immersion (FIM): 34–40 meters
  • Constant Weight No Fins (CNF): 25 meters

PADI Master Freediver Course

Duration: 5-7 days

Reach the highest recreational level

The PADI Master Freediver Course is the highest recreational certification within the PADI freediving system. Designed for experienced freedivers, this course focuses on advanced techniques, deeper diving, and refining the physical and mental skills needed to perform safely and confidently at greater depths.

You’ll further develop your equalization, including Mouthfill, improve your breath-hold performance, extend your dive times, and deepen your understanding of freediving physiology, nutrition, relaxation, and advanced breathing techniques. 

Throughout the course, you’ll also strengthen your buddy skills and safety procedures while continuing to refine your overall diving technique.

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Hold a PADI Advanced Freediver certification or an equivalent certification from another agency
  • Have completed Emergency First Response (CPR & First Aid) training within the past 24 months
