The AIDA 3 Advanced Freediver Course is designed for certified freedivers who are ready to refine their skills, improve their performance, and gain the knowledge to plan and conduct freediving sessions independently.
Throughout the course, you’ll further develop your equalization, freefall technique, breath-hold performance and safety awareness.
Through a combination of theory, confined water and open water training, you’ll build the confidence and experience needed for deeper, more efficient dives.
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable if you:
- Are at least 18 years old (16–17 with parental consent)
- Hold an AIDA 2 certification or an equivalent certification from another agency (crossover assessment available)
Course requirements
To earn your certification, you’ll complete:
- Static apnea: 2:45 minutes
- Dynamic apnea: 55 meters
- Constant Weight: 24–30 meters
- Theory exam

Molchanovs Wave 2 Freediving Course

Take your freediving to the next level
The Molchanovs Wave 2 Course is designed for certified freedivers who want to improve their technique, increase their depth, and become more efficient underwater. This advanced course focuses on refining your skills while introducing new disciplines and advanced freediving concepts.
You’ll develop more efficient equalization techniques, improve your freefall, learn to use a monofin, and further train both your body and mind.
By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to comfortably freedive to depths of 24–30 meters.
A unique feature of the Molchanovs education system is its focus on all freediving disciplines. Unlike many other training systems, Wave courses also include Free Immersion and, from Wave 2 onwards, the No Fins disciplines (DNF & CNF).

- Free Immersion: 24–30 meters

The PADI Advanced Freediver Course is designed for certified freedivers who want to improve their technique, extend their breath-hold performance, and safely explore greater depths.
Through progressive training, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body responds during apnea while becoming a more confident and efficient freediver.
Combining self-paced online learning with confined water and open water sessions, you’ll refine your skills, improve your equalization and safety procedures, and continue building confidence in deeper dives.
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable if you:
- Are at least 15 years old
- Hold a PADI Freediver certification or an equivalent certification from another agency
- Have completed Emergency First Response (CPR & First Aid) training within the past 24 months

Course requirements
To earn your certification, you’ll complete:
- Static apnea: 2:30 minutes (2:00 for divers under 18)
- Dynamic apnea: 50 meters (40 meters for divers under 18)
- Constant Weight: 20–24 meters (15 meters for divers under 18)
- Theory exam
